David founded Crest Capital Partners in 2017, where he is a member of the Board of Directors and of the Investment Committees of its funds.

At Crest, he was involved in the launch of different funds and in more than 30 purchase and sale transactions, with emphasis on Irmarfer, Papeleira Coreboard, Rollerdoor or Auto Delta.

From 2007 to 2017 he worked in the private equity area of Explorer Investments, being a partner from 2013, where he participated in dozens of acquisition and sale transactions.

In London, he joined the leverage finance department of ING Barings in 2000 and the strategic planning group of BSkyB in 2002. Between 2005 and 2007 he worked in the private equity division of Banco BIG in Lisbon.
