Inês Lopo de Carvalho
Inês founded Crest Capital Partners in 2017, where she is a member of the Board of Directors and of the Investment Committees of its funds.
At Crest, she was involved in the launch of different funds and in more than 30 purchase and sale transactions, with emphasis on CPM.Penta, Campotec, James Baroud or Ecocompósitos.
Previously she worked in the private equity area of Explorer Investments, from 2008 to 2017, where she participated in dozens of acquisition and sale transactions. In 2002, she began her professional activity in the supervisory department of the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority, having worked between 2005 and 2007 in the risk management department of Millenniumbcp Fortis.
Since 2019, she is Invited professor of private equity at Nova School of Business and Economics (Lisbon).
She has a degree in Maths from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an MSc in Actuarial Management from Cass Business School (London).
