Luís joined Crest Capital Partners in 2023, where he is a member of the management team and of the Investment Committee of the Agribusiness fund.

Previously, he worked at Roland Berger in Lisbon, Paris and Madrid in a wide range of industries and themes, with a special focus on private equity and restructuring practices.

Between 2012 and 2015, he managed the restructuring of national public venture capital, having been involved in the founding of Portugal Ventures, where he headed the private equity area. Since 2016, he has supported private investors in fund management, restructuring processes and shareholder value creation, both at executive and advisory level.
