Clara has integrated Crest Capital Partners since its inception in 2017, where she is Legal Counsel and a member of the Board responsible for the company's legal and compliance area.

At Crest, she legally supported the launch of the different funds and most of its purchase and sale transactions.

Between 2014 and 2017, she was Legal Counsel at Explorer Investments, providing legal support for the company and funds, as well as on compliance issues. In 2013, she worked in the private equity team at PLMJ Advogados. Previously, from 2008 to 2013, she was a member of the M&A and Corporate Governance team at Vieira de Almeida & Associados.
