Carolina França Barreira
Carolina joined Crest Capital Partners in 2023, where she is part of the legal and compliance team.
From 2018 to 2023, she was a member of the Corporate M&A team of Vieira de Almeida & Associados, being involved in advising clients on corporate, commercial and corporate governance matters, including corporate restructuring and several M&A transactions. Previously, in 2018, she joined the M&A team at DLA Piper ABBC and, between 2014 and 2017, she was a member of the corporate and commercial team at Macedo Vitorino & Associados.
She holds a Degree in Law from Universidade do Porto, a Master in Business Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Post-Graduation in Corporate Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon).
